  • Fitness-Integrated Therapy (FIT) is a novel way of approaching traditional psychotherapy that focuses on integrating evidence-based CBT strategies into your new or already established fitness practices. Research supports the utility of integrating both aerobic and anaerobic exercise as auxiliary practices, and FIT takes this a step further by melding both mental and physical strengthening exercises into one practice.
